Return and Refund Policy for Our Customers

I stand by my commitment to customer satisfaction by offering a full refund or exchange on bracelets within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that your item is eligible for return or exchange. 

Return and Refund Policy and Process:

• Terms of return: 30 days from day purchase.
• State of return:  The product must be shipped with all attached tags in an unaltered state, and the item should be in brand-new, unworn, and saleable condition..
• Reason for return: Damaged or Wrong product.
• Process for return: Email return request to jakiyachanay@gmail.com with receipt number and reason for return.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  We will not accept C.O.D. returns or returns billed to us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and our normal delivery schedule.
